Our goal was to stray from the typical, historical context of social media posts for Hispanic Heritage Month so we added a humorous twist to our posts by coming up with memes by using phrases we as Latinos grew up hearing. The copywriter, Alexander Pineda and I worked to find the most common words that have been used so we did our research amongst our hispanic agency peers and online research to narrow it down to 5 phrases that fell under the idea of the LatinXicon.
